Wow dangles, I just saw Flesh and Bone and Leaving Las Vegas, roughly 24 hours apart; they were both amazing. Maybe I’ve been having a stroke of bad luck(regardless of my disdain for golf, or at least the idea of golf), but these are the best two movies I have seen in a mildly long time. Maybe I'm having a stroke. I think what surprised me was that the two male lead roles were, respectively, Dennis Quaid and Nicolas Cage, neither of whom I am particularly fond of. They both did really well, and I endorse this message.
I am the cling clang king of the rim ram room.
I just read Nine Stories, which was great and I hear Salinger has stories marked for publication upon his death. I’m reading Apathy and Other Small Victories again, for a hilarity check. Need to make sure the world’s still there.
